Kristin Bartholomew

Kristin is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Specialist with over 10 years of experience in high-performance organizations. Kristin has a keen understanding of the skills and attributes that make a leader effective and influential. The belief that positive and meaningful transformation comes as a result of digging deep into the beliefs and values of leaders, organizations, and teams is instrumental in her coaching methodology.

With a passion for unleashing a client’s professional and personal potential, Kristin has an uncanny ability to reveal potential roadblocks and blindspots while shining a light on intrinsic skills and gifting. Kristin brings an empathetic and intuitive ear to every development opportunity she encounters. 

Throughout her career, she has prioritized growth and development, whether it was leading a group of 250+ team members or supporting high-level executives through difficult transitions and unique change management situations. Kristin has brought her skills to a variety of organizations, including megachurches, Chicago-area Chick-fil-A franchises, and most recently, the international mentorship community. 

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from DePaul University. She is a continuing education enthusiast evidenced through her Society for Human Resources Certified Professional Certification as well as her Transformational Coaching Certification from Awaken Coach Institute.

Kristin is married to her college sweetheart. She and her husband share three kids that span three different schools – whew! When she isn’t sitting in a school pick-up line, you will find her cheering on her kids’ teams from the sidelines, sharing a cup of coffee with a cherished friend, or doing a DIY project around the house.
