My emotions throughout the call flowed from feeling a sense of chaos, to disappointment, to curiosity, and finally to energized/encouraged. At the start of the call, I found myself in a back bedroom trying to seclude from my children (the new COVID-19) reality. As such ushering them out of the room, felt a bit sideways, which started the feeling of chaos, and that grew a bit as Dr. Livingston asked me to unpack my business niche, only to realize, the ideas are quite mushy. The chaos moved to disappointment, as I realized that I have had ample time to create a clear business plan, something I am good at, but for whatever reason had not done related to my coaching business. However, as Dr. Livingston asked me questions, the learner in me woke up, and my disappointment quickly turned to curiosity, wondering what I could do even in the next two weeks to realize effective change and movement regarding my business plan. By the end of the call, I felt super encouraged and energized, immediately sharing next steps with my husband, who is my business partner. Writing this morning, 12 or so hours later, I still feel encouraged, as now I have actionable steps to move the coaching business forward. - Kelly, Coaching Client

Scott has a unique ability to gain an understanding of what drives (and/or constrains) people. I believe he has a gift for getting inside of a thought process and culling out the relevant issues. I also appreciated the recommendations on reading and found the material helpful and eye-opening. My sense is that he is at the very top of the coaching expertise pool so I'm thrilled to have had the best! Scott framed his findings in very clear, actionable form so that I have been able to begin utilizing some of the ideas that came from the coaching process.
